Matt Pyle
Matt Pyle is the Founder and Managing Partner of MCP Capital Investors, bringing a diverse background in sales, operations, leadership development, and improving systems and core operating functions across multiple industries.
With over 15 years of experience, Matt has built his career around driving growth, building teams, and executing at a high level. He has successfully scaled and operated multiple seven-figure businesses, developing deep expertise in leadership, systems, and expanding companies into new markets.
His background also includes experience in law enforcement, where he developed a foundation in discipline, accountability, and decision-making under pressure—principles that continue to influence his approach to business today.

Chelsea Pyle
Chelsea Pyle serves as an Operating Partner at MCP Capital Investors, bringing over 15 years of experience in business operations, human capital strategy, and direct ownership. She has been actively involved in building, scaling, and operating businesses, with a hands-on approach to developing the systems, structure, and people required to support growth and long-term performance.
She has served as an Owner and Chief People Officer of a security services company, where she led the development and implementation of comprehensive HR systems, policies, and organizational structures to support growth, workforce stability, and operational execution at scale.
In addition to her entrepreneurial experience, Chelsea has held multiple senior leadership roles within the human resources field, including serving in a Vice President capacity for a large healthcare organization supporting over 12,000 employees across North America and internationally. Her experience includes managing multi-state and international HR operations, developing scalable systems and policies, and aligning teams within complex organizations.
Chelsea brings an operator-focused mindset to MCP, with an emphasis on building strong organizational foundations, improving internal execution, and ensuring the people and systems are in place to support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.
